⅓ C. Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
½ C. Sour cream
½ T. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 C. blue cheese finely crumbled
4-6 T. milk or buttermilk (I used buttermilk. Use milk if that's what you have on hand)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. fresh chives optional (I didn't add this may be good ;)


Note: Original recipe called for 1 tbsp. of Lemon - I thought it was too lemony - change it up if that's what you like!

1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder and half of the blue
cheese in a blender or food processor. (I actually used beaters works great)!
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Stir in remaining blue cheese and chives if using.
4. Add milk a little at a time to reach desired consistency.
5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Note: Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
