2-1/4 tsp. yeast
1-1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. honey
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. bread flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. kitchen bouquet or caramel coloring
3 Tbsp. cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Dissolve yeast in warm water and honey in mixer for about 5-10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cornmeal. You can add more flour if needed. Knead well and cover with a towel and let rise for an hour. Punch down and separate dough into two equal parts and roll out into oval loaves. Place on a baking sheet that has been dusted with cornmeal. Let rise again. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust makes a hollow sound. Freezes well.
