2/3 c butter or margarine
2 c flour
1-2/3 c sugar
2/3 c cocoa
1-1/3 c strong coffee
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat high speed for 3 min. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt, add alternating with coffee to creamed mixture. Blend just until combined. Pour into 2 greased and cocoa dusted 9" cake pans. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Frost with a cocoa fudge frosting.
