Ingredients: 4 C warm water 1 C powdered milk 1 C sugar 3 Tbs yeast 1 C melted butter 5 beaten eggs 6 C flour 1 Tbs salt 2 Tbs dough enhancer about 6 more cups

Directions: |
Directions:In a Bosch mixer with whips attached, add first 6 ingredients in order mixing slightly after each. Then add flour, salt and dough enhancer and mix on speed 1 for 2 minutes. Remove beaters. Attach dough hook, then add more flour just until the dough clings together and sides come clean. Add 1/2 c additional flour. Knead on speed 2 with both lids on bowl for additional 5 minutes. Transfer dough to large bowl. Let raise until double in size. Punch down and shape into rolls. Allow to raise again until double in size and bake in 350º oven until golden brown. Depending on pan size it will take 12-20 minutes. |
