2 spaghetti squash cut in half and seeds scooped out
1 pound hot or sweet sausage removed from casing or in bulk
2 green peppers chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 jar favorite spaghettis sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
Dried or fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Once squash is scooped brush inside with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Place face down on grill or oven rack and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes until fork tender inside.
In the meantime in a skillet brown sausage, onions and green peppers.
Once almost completely cooked add jar of sauce and halved cherry tomatoes, heat through ( if I have, I add fresh basil too).
Once squash is cooked, place on cookie sheet or baking dish and fill a with mixture from pan.
Top with and shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese and place back into the oven or on the grill until cheese is melted .
Serve with parmesan cheese.
