4 cups milk
1 stick butter
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic mashed with 2 tsp salt
1 large block Velvet cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
pepper to taste
1 llb elbow macaroni cooked per pkg directions


Directions:
Directions:
In large glass or ceramic bowl, place butter, garlic, onion, and cook in microwave on high for about 5 minutes till translucent. Add milk, cubed Velvet and microwave stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni and 1 cup shredded cheese. Place in greased casserole and cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 till bubbly (about 30 minutes).
