2 whole trout
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe per pint jar.

Directions:
Directions:
First go fishing and catch the trout (other fish can be used).

Use pressure cooker (4 quart one will hold 4 pint jars). Cut trout into two pieces and put into jar. Add oil and salt. Seal.

Cook in pressure cooker at 15 pounds for 50 minutes.

To eat: mix for fish patties (same as you would for salmon patties).

This is very good.
