Directions:
Cut chicken breasts in half and pound them to make them thinner. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium sized bowl, mix spaghetti sauce with the seasonings (sugar, garlic powder, oregano, parsley). Spread a little bit of sauce mixture in bottom of lightly greased oven-safe pan. In a shallow bowl, mix together Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, beat egg. Coat chicken in egg and then bread crumb mixture. Put vegetable oil in a pan and fry chicken on stovetop for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until done. Put chicken in pan after frying and put sauce mixture and mozzarella on top. Cook in oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, put remaining sauce mixture in medium sized sauce pan and heat on stovetop over medium heat. Also, cook noodles according to package instructions. Serve all together.
