3 c. cooked chicken (shredded)
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. shredded carrots
¼ tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 4 tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix basil, salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and carrots and bring to a boil. Then add chicken and cornstarch mixture. Stir until thick. Serve over steamed rice.

** can top with pineapple chunks, olives, chow mein noodles, and shredded coconut.
