6-8 med. potatoes (cooked, cooled and grated)
¼ c. butter or margarine (melted)
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
⅓ c. chopped onion
1½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1⅓ c. cornflakes (crushed)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 X 13 pan mix potatoes, butter, sour cream, soup, onions, and cheese together. Mix butter and cornflakes and sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
