Chocolate chips
Orange, peeling only
Pecans
Walnuts
Fig preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together the following ingredients as the filling for the cookie dough: dried figs, pitted dates, raisins, chocolate chips, orange peeling, pecans, walnuts and a little bit of fig preserves. Then add to taste some cinnamon, allspice and cloves, after all ingredients have been ground.
