2 I 2/3 Szklanki mąki
2 szklanki płatków owsianych
400g miekkiego masła
1 szklanka cukru
2 opakania cukru waniliowego
2 szklanki ziaren słonecznika
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
Szczypta soli

2 ⅔ cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 ¾ cups soft butter
1 cup of sugar
2 packs vanilla sugar
2 cups sunflower seeds
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Słonecznik uprażyć na patelni I wystudzić. Masło wymieszać mikserem z cukrem, cukrem waniliowym i proszkiem do pieczenia. Dodać słonecznik, płatki owsiane, szczyptę soli i wymieszać. Wsypać mąkę i zagnieść ciasto. Formować kulki wielkości orzechów włoskich, lekko je spłaszczając. Piec w piekarniku w temp.175 stopni około 15 minut, aż będą miały złoty kolor.

Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and let cool. Mix the butter with a mixer with sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add sunflower seeds, oatmeal, pinch of salt and mix. Pour in the flour and knead the dough. Form balls the size of walnuts by flattening them slightly. Bake in the oven at 350ŗ for about 15 minutes, until they are golden brown
