300g sera żółtego
2 jajka
2 cebule
2 łyżki koperku
3 łyżki bułki tartej
Sól, pieprz
bułka tarta
1 jajo

3 Tbsp breadcrumbs

Directions:
Ryż ugotować na bardzo miękko, powinien być gęsty i lepki, wyłożyć do miski i ostudzić. Do ostudzonego ryżu dodać jajka, podsmażoną cebulę, ser starty na tarce na drobnych oczkach, koperek sól i pieprz Wszystko wymieszać, w razie potrzeby dodać bułkę tartą. Formować krokiety, otoczyć w roztrzepanym jajku i bułce tartej, smażyć.
Można podać z sosem grzybowym lub pomidorowym oraz z surówką.

Boil the rice very soft, it should be thick and sticky, put it in a bowl and cool. Add eggs, fried onion, fine grated cheese, dill, salt and pepper to the cooled rice. Mix everything, add breadcrumbs if necessary. Form croquettes, coat in beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and fry. Can be served with mushroom or tomato sauce and salad.
