1 5kg karkówki
3 cebule
3 papryki
0,5kg pieczarek
Mały słoik ketchup
Delikat do mięs


3 lb kg of pork neck
3 onions
3 peppers
1 lb of mushrooms
A small jar of ketchup
Delicate for meats

Karkówkę pokroić w plastry przyprawić i odstawić do lodówki na 12h. W naczyniu żaroodpornym ułożyć mięso , pokrojoną cebulę w pół księżyce, paprykę w paski oraz pieczarki. Całość zalać ketchupem. Piec w piekarniku przez 2h w temp.210 C


Cut the pork neck into slices, season it and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours. Place the meat, onion cut into half-moons, red pepper and mushrooms in a casserole dish.
Pour ketchup all over it. Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 400ş
