3 c. cabbage, shredded
1 c. carrot, peeled and shredded
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 T. apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrot. In a separate small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill before serving.
