6 to 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
1/2 t. garlic powder
8-oz. container sour cream
10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and remaining ingredients; stir well. In a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan, layer half of the chicken mixture and half of the noodles. Repeat layers; top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
