2 lb bag of frozen cubed hash browns thawed in fridge overnight
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ cup finely diced yellow onions
12 oz tub of light sour cream
1 can healthy choice cream of chicken soup
10 oz grated cheddar cheese
6 TB melt butter

Combine all and put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 50- 60 minutes. Yum!

They were called funeral potatoes until Joy said she loved them and they should be holiday potatoes. We ended up with cheesy potatoes.
