1 (15 oz.) can corn
1 (14 oz) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
½ cup butter, melted (one stick)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º In a mixing bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn with liquid, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and put cheese on top and cook for five more minutes or until the cheese is melted. Let stand for at least five minutes before serving, but serve warm.

Graham loved this at the Paula Dean restaurant in Georgia and so I looked it up. It is perfect with city chicken or with fried chicken.
