1 lb fresh spinach, washed, dried, and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
¼ red onion sliced into small slices
¾ cup Honey pecans or toasted Almonds

Dressing
½ cup sugar
1 TB poppy seeds
1 tsp minced onion
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
¼ c. red wine vinegar
½ c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spinach, strawberries, onions, and nuts. Make dressing and mix until sugar is dissolved. Add dressing slowly to salad when ready to serve. You will not use all the dressing. You can add rotisserie chicken if you want a full meal.
