Meatballs

1 lb. Ground Beef
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 tsp finely minced onion
½ cup milk
½ c finely crushed chow mein noodles

Sauce
¼ cup low salt soy sauce
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 tsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for meatballs together in a bowl. Roll into small balls. Roll the balls in flour and brown in a saute' pan. Drain excess grease from meat balls. In a crock pan set to low. Mix ingredients for the sauce and simmer on low until mixed together then add the meatballs and simmer on low for at least 30 minutes till thoroughly cooked. Serve in the crock pot with toothpicks. Double the recipe if you have a large group.
