4 c. warm water
4 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
6 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
4-5 c. more flour
Melted butter


Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in a large bowl, let is sit and bubble. Add oil and whisked eggs. Mix and add 6 cups of flour and salt and continue mixing. Add the rest of the flour as needed to form a soft dough. Let rise for 30 minutes or so and punch down and let rise another 10 minutes. Roll a softball size piece of dough in a flat circle like a pie crust. Brush with melted butter, cut like a pie about 2 to 2-1/2 inches wide and roll each wedge piece to the center with the tip on the underside, place on a lightly greased sheet cake pan. Let rise till double about 30 minutes and cook at 400º for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush rolls with melted butter.
