3 eggs
1 cup oil
1-2/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cup grated peeled zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Beat eggs until light and then add the oil and vanilla. Gradually add the dry mix to this with the zucchini. Divide the batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour
