1 oven roaster chicken breast
16 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 pkgs flour tortillas (medium sized)
1 pkg (16 oz) shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 pkg (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 4 oz can chopped green chilies

Serve w/ Mexican corn bread

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breast in crock put with 1 cup of water and cook overnight. You could also boil it on the stove or in the microwave. Shred the chicken into long strips.

Mix sour cream and soup. Layer bottom of 13 x 9 casserole. Put some chicken and a spoonful of the sour cream mix in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly. Place in the casserole dish. Add leftover sauce to the top of the dish. Sprinkle the cheese over it. Add can of green chilies. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes, uncovered. You can also add black olives to the cheese.
