1 medium diced zucchini
1 small Vidalia onion diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs scrambled
2 to 3 tbsp. romano cheese
1 large container of chicken collagen (1/3 fat free)
1 pkgs frozen sweet baby peas (steamed)
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute zucchini and onion in sauce pan with olive oil until tender
Add Broth
In a small fry pan, cook beaten eggs with romano cheese
Add to broth
Add peas
Simmer for 30 minutes (salt/pepper to taste!)
Service with crusty bread and more cheese!!!!
