One can rice pudding (16 Oz)
One large container cool whip
One large can fruit cocktail (drained)
One large can crushed pineapple (drained)
One can mandarin oranges (drained)
- all canned fruit should be well drained
Any other fresh seasonal fruit is optional
Shredded Coconut (Optional)
Walnuts (Optional)

Directions:

Mix cool whip and rice pudding together with wooden spoon and add fruit. Fold in well. Sprinkle with shredded coconut on top and walnuts if desired.
Chill in fridge and serve.
