1 head Cabbage, shredded or 2 large bags of pre-shredded cabbage
2 Carrots, peeled and grated
2 Scallions, chopped
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. If using a head of cabbage, finely shred into large mixing bowl. If using bagged pre-shredded cabbage, pour into large mixing bowl.

2. Add shredded carrots and chopped scallions to cabbage mixture.

3. In small bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well combined. Taste to adjust seasonings.

4. Pour mayonnaise mixture over shredded vegetables and mix well.

5. Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed.

6. Serve well chilled.
