16 ounce box Elbow Macaroni
1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
8 ounce jar Diced Pimentos, drained
1/2 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Sea salt and Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook elbow macaroni according to directions on the box for Al dente. Drain well and chill in refrigerator until cold.

2. In small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.

3. Add chilled elbow macaroni to a large bowl. Stir in diced pimentos and sweet pickle relish.

4. Pour in mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. Stir until all macaroni is coated well.

5. Add shredded Cheddar chees and gently stir into salad.

6. Taste; add sea salt and black pepper as needed.

7. Chill well before serving.

Feel free to adjust the amount of mayonnaise and sour cream that you add to the macaroni.

Note: You may need to add additional mayonnaise and sour cream after the macaroni salad has chilled.
