1 ½ cups Milk
2 ½ cups Flour
4 egg yolks
4TB sugar
1 cup Butter
4 egg Whites, Beaten Stiff

1 Qt. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ cup powdered sugar

1 Qt. Strawberry washed and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the milk and flour in a bowl with a whisk. Add yolks, stirring well until blended. Add sugar and stir again. Melt the butter and pour into the mixture. Fold in the beaten egg whites and mix well.

Whip cream in a separate bowl with vanilla and sugar until fluffy. Wash and slice strawberries.

Put butter, small bit, into a medium heat saute' pan and coat with a thin layer of batter.

Cook Crepe on one side then flip. Serve with Whipped Cream and strawberries. Bon Appetite!
