Pie Crust
3 eggs
2 3/4 c canned pumpkin
1 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
4 oz evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes
Reduce oven to 350 bake 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
Serve with Cool Whip
