¾ cup butter
1½ cup sugar
2 large eggs
5 large bananas
1½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix together. Mash bananas in a separate bowl. Mix baking soda with bananas. Add banana mixture to the butter/sugar mixture. Add salt and flour and mix together. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. The bake time is shorter for the smaller loaves. The mini loaf only bakes for about 45 minutes. These usually bake in 20-25 minutes.
