1 cup molasses
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk, soured with 1 tsp vinegar
2 eggs
1 tsp ginger
1 3/4 tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
3 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but the 3 Tbsp of sugar together. This will make a stiff batter. Drop by tsp on greased and floured cookie sheet. Flatten with wet cloth, wrapped over bottom of tumbler. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake 10-15 minutes at 400º
