Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken, cooked & shredded (canned is fine too)
Flour tortillas
Cheese, grated
Lettuce, shredded (optional)
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Heat thoroughly your chicken in a skillet. We like it well done and not pink from a can. Remove chicken from pan. Put 2 large spoonfuls in a tortilla (soft taco size). Roll up tortilla so it is 'flute-shaped.' Repeat to use up all chicken. Add cheese if desired. Place filled tortilla seam side down into your skillet. Do not add oil. Use the skillet to brown all 4 sides of your rolled tortilla so they are a bit crunchy. Place shredded lettuce on plate and place flautas on top. Serve with additional cheese on top and a side of sour cream and guacamole. Instead of guac, you can slice a fresh avocado and put inside flauta with meat and cheese.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Flautas are Aunt Stacie's favorite Mexican dish. The only difference between flautas and taquitos is the flour versus corn tortillas. This is a healthier option that avoids frying in oil. We make these to use up leftover chicken or as a snack using canned chicken. Matthew & Kaleb especially love to make these for lunch.
