2. c. carrots (diced or shredded)
2 c. small chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. small diced potatoes
2-3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 jar cheese whiz
½ c. butter
bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in salted water until tender. Cool. Remove meat from bones. Strain broth. Measure 10 cups, add 1 bouillon cube to each cup of water and 1 more for the pot. Add butter. Add vegetables and simmer. Thicken soup using 1½ c. flour with enough water to make a paste. Add chicken and cheese (add part of cheese then taste). Add salt and pepper to taste.
