1/2 cup fresh chopped dill weed 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 fresh lime juice 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp dijon mustard 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese,3/4lb salmon fillet 1 box 15 oz pie crust softened, dill weed sprigs

Heat oven to 400 degrees In a food processor process dill weed oil walnuts lime juice garlic mustard 1/2 cup cheese, salt /pepper Put in a covered bowl. cut salmon into 24 1 inch cubes. On a cutting board roll out pie crust cut into 4x3 rows to make 12 per crust. Spoon 1 level tsp of pesto in the center top with 1 salmon piece. put 4 corners up and pinch together. put the tip of the knife in each if needed to vent steam. Bake 20-25 min until golden. OIn a plastic food storage bag put the rest of the pesto cut corner and squeeze to drizzle over the group on a serving plate Sprinkle with remaining cheese and garnish with dillweed sprigs.
