35 saltines
1 c. butter, cubed
1 c. packed brown sugar
12 oz. bag of chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 15x10x1 (large cookie sheet will work) with foil. Grease foil. Arrange saltines in a single layer. In large heavy saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, bring to boil. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes until sugar has dissolved. Spread mixture evenly over saltines. Bake 8-10 minutes until bubbly.

Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow chips to soften for a few minutes then spread gently. Cover with pecans and cool. Refrigerate, uncovered. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
