2 bunches broccoli rabe
EVOO (3T)
garlic (3-4 chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Cut off and discard the tough ends of the broccoli rabe.
Place the broccoli in a colander and rinse & drain. Boil until you can squeeze the thick end w tongs. Take out of boiling water with tongs and place in bowl.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 6 minutes, until golden brown. Pour over broccoli rabe. Add salt and pepper to taste, covered.

Enjoy!
