4 Artichokes
4 TB Oil
4 TB Balsamic Vinegar
2 TB Brown Sugar
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Basil Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Clip off the top stems and boil the Artichokes until soft. Drain, pat dry and place artichokes in a small square pan with leaves up. Mix together remaining ingredients and pore in equal shares into each of the four Artichokes. Roast at 500º for 5 to 10 minutes to warm the sauce and roast the Artichokes. Serve warm.
