One package of Chuka Soba Japanese Noodles
10 cups Chopped Green Cabbage
2-3 Bunches of green onions chopped
½ cup Toasted Sliced Almonds
3 TB Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 cup Vegetable Oil
7 TB's White Vinegar
5 TB's White Sugar
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Chuka Soba Noodles according to package directions. DO NOT over cook. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place a drop or two of oil into noodles to prevent sticking together and place in a large bowl. Add cabbage and green onions to bowl.
Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt to make a dressing. Pour the entire dressing over the noodles and vegetables and mix together. Sprinkle seeds and nuts over the salad and mix together. Refrigerate until cool and you are ready to serve. Best served cold.

The original recipe calls for a tsp of MSG. I do not have it in the ingredients due to it causing migraines in some. You may add if desired.
