MUFFINS:
3 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. cloves
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
4 large eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin puree
1 1/4 c. oil
1 t. vanilla

FILLING:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
optional egg

STREUSEL:
1/2 c. sugar
5 T. flour
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
4 T. butter, cut up in pieces

Mix batter and fill muffin tins with 2 T. Then put 1 T. of cream cheese filling on, followed with remaining batter. Sprinkle streusel on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350'. Delicious!
