Pickle Juice (enough to completely cover chicken)
1 lb chicken breasts
Peanut Oil or Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 cup of flour
2 large eggs
1 cup of milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Garlic Powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken breasts in pickle juice over night. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder in one bowl. Mix egg and milk in another. Dip chicken pieces in egg and milk then flour mixture and fry in a hot oil pan (i used vegetable oil) and then fry until golden on each side.
