8 large eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 t. salt
2 T. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Beat eggs, sour cream, and salt until blended. Stir in cheese. Pour in 8x8 pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350' till set- 25 minutes. Tilt dish to distribute butter.
