1 gallon of milk
1 c. sugar (or less)
3/4 c. milk
2 T. unflavored gelatin
3 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to 375'. Add sugar to milk while heating. In a seperate bowl, mix 3/4 c. milk and vanilla, and dissolve gelatin in it; add to heated milk. Cool to 115'. Add 3/4 c. plain yogurt. Mix well. Pour into clean jars and put on lids. Turn oven on warm for warm for only a few minutes, then turn off and place jars in oven. Turn oven light on to keep some heat in oven. Leave in oven for 6-8 hours or overnight.
