8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
4 - 6 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
2 T. capers
1 t. dried dill or 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1/4 C. sour cream
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t. (or more to taste) prepared horseradish (optional)
salt and black pepper, to taste
1 T. snipped chives (optional)
2-3 T. milk, as needed for consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Add enough milk to make the right consistency. (you can also use a food processor to combine everything). Spoon into serving dish.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with table crackers.
