8 oz manicotti, cooked and drained

26 oz jar Classico Di Firenze (Florentine Spinach and cheese) pasta sauce

3 c shredded mozzarella cheese

16 oz ricotta cheese

10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

2 eggs

1/2 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF

In bowl combine 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, spinach, eggs, and parmesan cheese, mix well.

Stuff into manicotti. Arrange in greased 13x9 pan. Spoon sauce over manicotti. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
