Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter

4 onion buns

4 red bell pepper rings

4 pineapple rings

1 1/2 lbs ground beef salt and pepper

1/2 c mayonnaise

2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp cayenne

4 slices provolone cheese

4 thin slices red onion

4 lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In an iron skillet over medium low heat, melt the butter and toast the buns until golden brown.

Remove from the skillet and set aside. Turn up the heat to medium high.

In the same skillet, grill the pineapple and bell pepper rings until lightly charred, a minute or two per side. Set aside and reduce the heat to medium.

Season the beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 large patties.

Fry in a skillet until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

While the burgers are cooking make the sauce: In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, honey, and cayenne.

To build a burger, spread some of the sauce on a bun bottom and place a burger patty on it.

Top with cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion, and lettuce. Spread some more sauce on the bun top and put it on the sandwich.

Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping
