Sausage Balls

3 cups Bisquick ©
2 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild sausage
1/2 teaspoon minced Jalepeño (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine ingredients and roll into 1 1/4 balls, slightly smaller than a ping pong ball. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until browned. Serve with Dijon Aioli.

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
