2 pkg dry yeast or 5 tsp loose yeast
3 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup water-heated
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1/2 to 2/3 cups corn flakes crumbs
1/2 to 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 to 2/3 tsp cinnamon
3-5 tbsp melted margerine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening in heated water adding vanilla. blend dry ingredients, add eggs. Combine all adding wet to dry ingredients. Mix well pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Cover and let rise til doubled.

Press topping into risen dough with fingers. Let rise 30 minutes more.

Bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes.
