2 cups prepared strawberries
4 cups granulated sugar
1 box Certo pectin crystals

Hull and crush strawberries or pulse in blender. Mix prepared strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine ¾ cup water with the pectin crystals in a small pot bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Add to the fruit mixture and stir for 3 minutes. Pour in jars or containers to ¼ inch from the top and seal. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.

I like to use organic ingredients. The sugar takes longer to dissolve but it’s organic. More no cook jam recipes in the Certo box.
