cup peanut butter
cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
tsp crushed red chilli peppers
tsp granulated garlic powder or 1 clove finely minced

Mix in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
***I found you can use coconut milk to thin and lime juice and apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice. Also nice with 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger.
