4 cloves fresh garlic
1 T. Salt
2 tsp. Pepper
1 ½ sticks of butter, melted
2 T. Olive oil
Fresh thyme
Fresh Sage
Fresh Rosemary
2 tsp. Onion powder
Lemon juice from 1 lemon and lemon zest
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika

Directions:

Melt butter add olive oil.
Chop fresh herbs. About 1 T of each
Add seasonings and herbs to butter mixture and rub bird down with everything. ( in turkey bag. )
